WebIt loads much faster, because the textures are smaller. I'm literally still waiting for Blender to load the "single giant texture" version and I wouldn't be surprised if it crashes. I should add a warning to Mineways itself that, if it detects 512x512 textures, warns the user to use "Export tiles". Hope this helps, and let me know how you make out. When exporting your world, 1) make sure you also export the textures from the program to a folder.
