Guessing the other addons have this as well, but Z-Perl will show incoming heals from others, hot count, buffs / debuffs (if you want), who has aggro, dispellable stuff (which is less important ... WebApr 28, 2014 · Here is a pic of my setup. (Only SS I have is in LFR for some dumb reason). That's nice but it looks just like Grid with fancier indicators. Vuhdo is still superior, because you can mouseover heal without clique or macros, and you can have a mixture of indicators, icons, bar timers, etc.

I personally use Vuhdo and it shows all incoming heals. You can even select between chained stuff, casts, hots etc. You can also select to see your own heals as part of incoming heals (or not if that's what you prefer).
